At IAI, we design spaces that support the way people want to live, with comfort, ease, and a sense of wellbeing. Our work is collaborative, human centred, and grounded in a strong relationships with our clients, consultants and contractors. From ideas to fully built reality, we believe great projects come from strong teams working closely together.
We are looking for experienced Part III and Part II Architects.
Part III Architects:
We are seeking confident architects who can run projects from early stage feasibility through the planning and technical design phases and all the way through to delivery on site. You should be comfortable leading client relationships, coordinating consultant teams, and overseeing the detail, quality and progress of projects.
Part II Architects:
We are also looking for design-focussed, technically capable Part II architects who are keen to take on responsibility, contribute across all stages of a project, and continue developing within a creative and supportive studio environment.
What We Expect From You:
Beyond proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Revit and visualising software, we are seeking people with the right attitude. We value those who can meet success and disappointment with the same perseverance, who recognise there is always something more to learn and who understand that creating something extraordinary is always a team effort.
Whilst you will be working with the team on some projects you will also need to take ownership and you must be disciplined and able to manage your own time to meet deadlines.
The person that joins our team must have a passion for design and a drive to introduce new ideas, technology and systems to the company so that it continuously improves how we work and the experience we provide to our clients.

If you choose to join our team then you can expect to be working on thoughtful, challenging, high end residential projects that will require creativity, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to problem solve.
